Chris Godinich, Co-founder and President

Chris’s 20 years of experience with Huntsman, Texaco, and Texaco Research and Development has given him a broad array of management skills, from 6-Sigma process development for business operations, to managing growth through mergers and acquisitions to executive responsibilities managing global business units.
At VeriTrust, Chris focuses on human and capital deployment for continual process and operational improvements supporting quality systems for the protection of client assets and the achievement of deep customer satisfaction. Chris also works to increase operational efficiencies enabling VeriTrust to provide high quality solutions at a value for clients. Chris graduated from Rice University (B. S. in Materials Science and Engineering) and has completed graduate management programs at Columbia University.
Michael Marchand, Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer

At VeriTrust Michael focuses on solutions and technologies that allow clients to enjoy ongoing transparency, access, and insight to their records and data. He maintains ongoing research in emerging technologies and complementary services that enhance access and security and provide automation of data and records management. His focus on security and technology started in Bank of America’s SWIFT secure international messaging systems.
With a broad background in legacy, mainframe, e-commerce and back up systems, Michael has a unique perspective in transparent real time delivery of customer records and data solutions. Michael studied Economics at Texas A&M University and has a B.S. in Management from the University of Phoenix.

Nathan Zuniga, Director of Operations
As our Director of Operations, Nathan is a vital part of the VeriTrust team. He is responsible for managing both of our Houston and Central Texas locations. He not only ensures that daily delivery scheduling for media and document transfers run smoothly and accurately, but he supervises the warehouse facility and its staff. Nathan’s experience in the military (US Army) has been invaluable in establishing an organizational structure and operational discipline that is efficient, effective, and which has become proficient in accomplishing difficult customer requests, easily.
Additionally, customers can turn to Nathan when they encounter a technical problem, as he is proficient in the library management software packages we use and expertly handles every aspect of our IT department. Nathan’s first priority is to keep all aspects of operations running efficiently and flawlessly. He is a member of Veritrust’s executive management team.
Marisol Aguilera de Briones, Director of Human Resources
Marisol is one of Veritrust’s longest standing employees and has been instrumental since its founding to guide and maintain the service culture that Mike and Chris established in starting the company. She is responsible for the hiring, the training, and the tasks that support the employees that handle customer’s confidential information. She understands both the business and staff for a general overview of issues; not just from the area of Human Resources, but all the ones connected with the business and the companies we serve, based on the strength of our team.
Marisol’s past experience in operations, corporate compliance, and customer support provide the organization and our clients with a trusted and knowledgeable person; which will allow us to continue to excel serving clients by choosing the right employees as we grow in size, services offered, and geography. Marisol is a member of Veritrust’s executive management team.
Dessiree Churchill, Director of Customer Implementation

Dessiree’s role at VeriTrust is to ensure that new customers experience an effective and smooth transition and start up with our company. Within this role, she assesses customer projects, trains customers on our chain of custody and records and media management software and web-enabled records management software, and she manages our detailed transition checklist for an error free start-up. She is HIPAA trained for complete security of your confidential records and she works with existing clients, fulfilling requests that fall outside of everyday operations.

Abby Hungaski, Customer Satisfaction Manager – Records
Abby has 18 years of records and information management experience spanning national and regional service providers, all serving the Houston area. This experience has provided her the full breadth of experiences solving customer challenges relating to information security, records organization best practices, and generally being a resource to help solve customer problems. Her positive disposition and experience as a customer of records management companies provides VeriTrust and our clients a unique combination of knowledge and attitude to access that knowledge that many need. Abby is an active member of the local ARMA chapter.
Juan Espino, Customer Satisfaction Manager – Media
Juan’s meticulous approach to processes, procedures and organizational structure for media libraries provides the diligence needed to flawlessly manage hundreds of thousands of client’s most critical media and data devices. His 5 years of daily experience investigating the full breadth of TapeTrack’s capabilities is an asset to clients, insuring a comprehensive chain of custody for library items.
His experience and capabilities are mostly unseen by clients. But his work is there when client’s most valuable media are delivered within the service promise (weekends, holidays, after-hours) or when your DR test requires his coordination for complicated media shipments or when an auditor wants documentation of your media activity.
